After this period, the order is already being processed and can no longer be canceled or modified.

We cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already entered processing.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes — you can exchange your order for another size, color, or model (depending on availability).
In most cases, exchanges can be arranged for a small handling and shipping fee, usually up to $20 USD / £20 / SEK 200.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible orders.
However, in many cases, returning the product is not necessary.
We often offer a partial refund so you can keep the item and still receive compensation — this is faster, easier, and more sustainable.
